From his school days, Bappusaheb Bhosale joined his father’s movement, “The Dalit Panther,” following the principles of self-respect and advocating for equality and social justice for the downtrodden community in India.
In 2004, he founded the Dalit Panther of India Organization in Pune to uplift the Dalit community, ensuring free education rights, social justice, and equality as its core mission.
He deeply admires and follows the teachings of Bharat Ratna Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the Father of the Indian Constitution.

Bappusaheb Bhosale has led numerous protest marches for the Dalit Panther movement, supporting Dalit youth and students with educational aid and leading a nationwide movement for Dalit rights.
He strongly supports women’s rights, condemns violence and crimes against women, and continues to be a powerful voice for equality and social justice.
